Using our current Nanopore sequencing facility and customized bioinformatics pipelines, we analyze pest genomes to identify target genes essential for survival, reproduction or pathogenicity, while avoiding off-target effects on non-pest organisms.
Predictive Modeling and dsRNA Sequence Optimization
Our AI module simulates the interaction between dsRNA molecules and the target at the molecular level.
